**New Designer Characters Join the Battle for Pandora in Upcoming Avatar Board Game**
Fans of James Cameron’s Avatar universe have exciting news. The upcoming board game, “Avatar: The Board Game – Pandora Rising,” introduces new playable characters. These characters are designed by well-known industry talents.
The game’s publisher, XYZ Games, announced the additions today. These characters expand the game’s options. Players can now embody unique Na’vi warriors and human RDA operatives. Each character brings distinct skills to the table.
Leading the design effort is award-winning game creator, Elena Rodriguez. Rodriguez is famous for her deep character development. “We aimed to capture Pandora’s spirit,” Rodriguez said. “Each character feels authentic to the world. They offer players fresh tactical choices.”

On the RDA side, players can command Major Vance. He pilots a heavily armored AMP suit built for frontline assaults. Doctor Aris Thorne offers scientific support. She utilizes specialized equipment to alter the battlefield.
These characters integrate into the existing game system. They use the same rules for movement, combat, and special abilities. Players can choose them right away in new scenarios. They can also use them in the game’s campaign mode.
“Avatar: The Board Game – Pandora Rising” focuses on strategic conflict. Players lead either the Na’vi clans or the RDA corporation. They battle for control of Pandora’s precious resources and sacred sites.
The game features detailed maps of Pandora locations. It includes lush forests, floating mountains, and RDA bases. Players use cards, dice, and miniatures to resolve actions and combat.
